Dear ASOY Parents,

Welcome to a new year of ASOY After School Activities. We are hitting the ground running and have begun to roll out our After School Activities (ASA) program. Please read the flowing information carefully for both Elementary (PK4- 5th Grade) and Secondary (grades 6-12).

Secondary:
Secondary students began signing up for ASA and Sports teams in their advisory classes 
on Wednesday, August 22nd.Students who signed up for Sports teams will receive a permission letter from their coach.

All secondary ASA and Sports will begin on the week of August 27th. 

ASAs run from 3:20-4:10pm with activity buses leaving at 4:15pm.
Secondary Sports run from 4:00- 5:30 PM with sports buses leaving at 5:35pm

Elementary:
Elementary ASA sign up will begin Friday at 5pm. Parents can sign their elementary student through the following link:

This link will not be active until Friday, August 24th at 5pm. This link will stay active until Monday, August 27th at 5pm.  

Each student will have an option to select a first and a second choice activity for each day. Some activities have a student limit based on age level, and activity needs. Please note that Sports activities (soccer and basketball) and Paid activities have no student limit (instructor will be added as necessary to meet demand) and there is no need to select a second choice.

When elementary selections have been made and finalized (Wednesday August 29th), homeroom teachers will receive a complete list that will then be sent home to parents (Thursday, August 30th). Lists will also be posted at Elementary Open House Night (Thursday, August 30th)

Payments for Paid Activities should be made with in the first two weeks of ASA. Payments should be made ONLY to the cashier in the front office.

ALL:
All season 1 ASAs and sports will end on the week of November 12-15th.

Parent support- We love to see all parents supporting their children in their ASA. We encourage parents to attend all games. We also look forward to building a stronger relationship between parents and the ASA/Athletics program.
