ASOY Alumni Association

We are pleased to announce the creation of a new ASOY Alumni Association. Cindy Kemta Mfendoun, ASOY class of 2014, is partnering with ASOY to lead this new initiative.  After earning a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and HR Management, Cindy first worked in Canada at the Royal Bank of Canada. She has recently relocated back home to Cameroon, where she works for the Canadian Federal Government with housing programs for vulnerable communities. She also has launched an event planning business which promotes Afro Chic events and locally made materials.

The Alumni Association is a welcome addition to the ASOY community.  The association will promote networking and mentoring with local and international ASOY alumni.

The Association has already started planning the first event.

Furthermore, if any ASOY alumni would be interested in participating in the ASOY high school Career Fair, to be held on Friday, April 28, please notify Cindy, who will liaise with the Upper School Counselor.  We are seeking professionals from a variety of backgrounds. It will be a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn about various career paths, especially from students who have graduated from ASOY and pursued education and careers in Cameroon and worldwide.
