Judith ATEM welcomes you to Kathryn S. Edwards Media Center, the pivot of AISOY.  A place for lifelong learning, entertainment, and imagination.  The Media Center presents and brings out the best in the learner through its collection of 12,000 print and nonprint resources, with recommended databases included.

 

In line with the IB guiding statement, the librarian is specialized in information inquiry and collaborates with teachers to form learners who reflect the IB Learner Profile (Inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-takers, balanced, and reflective).

 

The library seeks to encourage learners to become information literate. Learners who can seek, evaluate, organize, and give value to information received by transforming it into various formats and uses.
