James Besong

 

 

James leads and implement business and financial strategies that involves budget development and management, now in his 8th year, at ASOY. With an extensive career and successful track record in business and finance, James sustains ASOY’s business work in developing and maintaining account systems, tax review, risk analyzes and audit controls. James was a timely recruit in sourcing adequate financing and managing, to budget, the construction of the major phases of our ASOY Campus Master plan. While at ASOY, James offered pioneer financial consultancy to American International School of Brazzaville (AISB) in 2013, to help this new school with the hurdles of new startups.

 

He brings over two decades of experience in finance, audit, contract, operations and project management working with International establishments. Prior to joining ASOY, James worked for the American School of Douala(ASD), still as business manager, where he created and implement financial strategies that limit risks, maximize budget development and management; which paid-off in the building of an entire new school. Before joining the schools, James has been a corporate world person working with SAKON Cameroon as country accountant where he successfully provided cost saving project management procedures in this company with huge IT projects worth millions of dollars.

 

James is a holder of an MBA in Cost and Financial Management from the Central University of Nicaragua and a holder of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Buea. He is equally a Certified Positive Discipline in the Workplace Consultant (CPDWPC) and a member of this US based body.

 

If not developing dynamic account systems, James treasures writing and reading investigative content plus watching soccer.

Suzy coordinates all admission efforts to fulfil the strategic plan of the office and the school. She is the must-see person when it comes to knowledge of school activities and programs. She updates and maintains the school’s bulletin to make sure everyone is kept up to speed with the latest.

 

Prior to joining ASOY, Suzy has a rich background of working with not for profit organizations as a consultant.  This upbeat, dynamic and resourceful expert completes ASOY’s administrative team in providing robust strategies that always exceed ASOY

 

 With a passion for fashion, you may have probably seen Suzy on multiple runways but be rest assured this jet-setter wears multiple hats and has an appetite for reading, shopping, travelling, cooking plus business. She is equally a lover of Basketball and above all she is a mother of three wonderful boys.
